Returns & Refund Policy

At Mommy’s Board Silly, each item and experience is carefully prepared, customized, or reserved specifically for you. Because of the nature of our products and events, we are unable to offer traditional returns.

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend an event, you may:

• Transfer your ticket to a friend
• Request a DIY kit (when available)
• Receive a credit to use toward another event within 3 months

If preferred, Mommy’s Board Silly can complete your project for you for an additional $10 service fee.

Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to illness, weather, or low enrollment. If this occurs, you will be offered alternative date options or a credit to use toward a future workshop.


DIY Kits & Physical Products

Due to the nature of DIY kits, handmade items, and custom or personalized products, all sales are final and not eligible for return or refund.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund.

Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.


Shipping & Order Issues

If shipping is selected in error for a workshop item, your order will still be prepared for your event.

If a shipping refund is requested due to selection error, a small portion may be retained to cover processing and transaction fees.
