Crushed Glass & Resin Suncatchers!
Create a beautiful handcrafted suncatcher using colorful crushed glass, resin, and your choice of design at this fun DIY workshop held on Aug 6 at 6:30pm in the Clubhouse.
Choose from a variety of stained-glass-inspired designs including butterflies, dragonflies, sunsets, flowers, and more.
During this beginner-friendly workshop, you'll learn how to arrange crushed glass, add decorative elements, and finish your piece with resin to create a stunning work of art that catches the light beautifully in your home.
No experience is needed. We'll guide you through the entire process and provide all materials.
Your workshop includes:
• One suncatcher design of your choice
• Colorful crushed glass and embellishments
• Resin instruction
• All tools and materials needed to complete your project
Important Details:
Seats are limited and pre-registration is required.
✨ Projects require 24 hours to cure—your project will be sent home with you the night of, wet in a box to keep flat while it cures. (Or if the venue allows, it can stay overnight to dry)
We use a low-VOC, non-toxic, BPA-free resin for a safer experience.
Gloves provided (bring your own if you have allergies). Masks are optional, please bring your own if your sensitive or concerned.
Event Policies
All ticket sales are final.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
• Transfer your ticket to a friend
• Pick up a DIY kit (if available)
• Receive credit to use toward another event within 3 months
If preferred, MBS can complete the project on your behalf for an additional $10 service fee. Projects & kits may be picked up locally in New Milford or shipped for an additional $10.
Classes may be rescheduled or cancelled due to illness, weather, or low enrollment. Each event has a minimum headcount, which varies by venue and project.
