Private Party Reservation & Planning Fee

A $75 Reservation & Planning Fee is required to reserve your private party date and begin planning your event. Please include the host's name, party type, location, preferred date and time, and any additional details in the personalization field.

Once your Reservation Fee is received, Mommy's Board Silly will create a private registration page for your guests to order and pay for their projects individually.

Please Note:

• Your Reservation & Planning Fee (less the cost of the host's project) will be credited toward your event once the required minimum number of projects has been ordered.

• Each private party has a minimum project requirement based on the project selected and travel location. Your minimum will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• The minimum is based on projects ordered, not the number of guests attending. DIY Kits purchased for guests who can't attend count toward the minimum.

• Registration deadlines vary depending on the project selected. Please encourage guests to register as early as possible so materials can be ordered and prepared in time for your event.

• If the required minimum has not been reached by the registration deadline, we'll work together to determine the best solution. Options may include inviting additional guests, adding DIY Kits, purchasing additional projects, converting the event to a DIY Kit Party, or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

The Reservation & Planning Fee is non-refundable, as it reserves your event date and covers planning, scheduling, and preparation already completed.
