When booking a children's birthday party, a deposit is required to hold your desired date. At the time of booking, we’ll need your selected date, project option, and the deposit payment. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the party, along with any personalization details related to your chosen project. Please note, if the party is canceled, the deposit is forfeited. Should you need to reschedule within three weeks of the original date, 50% of the deposit will be retained as a reservation change fee, and the remaining 50% will be applied toward your final balance.
